Jiaxing Tian He Cheng Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. was established in August 2006, located in the beautiful and fertile Hangjiahu Plain, Tongxiang City. The company is adjacent to the international metropolis Shanghai and the ancient cultural city Hangzhou, which has unique geographical advantages.
The leading products are beta-carotene powder series, vitamin (A, D, E) powder series and polyunsaturated fatty acid (DHA, EPA, ARA) powder series of more than 10 kinds of microencapsulated products. The company has introduced the advanced production equipment and professional technicians at home and abroad to develop, produce and popularize microencapsulated embedded products.
After years of accumulation and struggle, the company purchased the plant and land of the industrial park in Shimen Town at the beginning of 2012. In 2012 and 2014, two new micro powder and microparticles production lines, which were independent and met the requirements of GMP, were established and transformed respectively. The company has an annual production of 500 tons of micropowder and 300 tons of microparticles now.
At present, the company is equipped with the raw materials warehouse, purification workshop, powerhouse, packaging workshop, warehouse to be inspected, finished product warehouse, quality inspection center, sample room, etc. All the equipment in contact with the material in the workshop is made of 304 stainless steel, and the quality inspection center is equipped with microbiological testing room, 1/10000 balance, ultraviolet spectrophotometer, gas chromatograph, high performance liquid chromatograph and atomic absorption spectrophotometer. At the end of 2012, the company obtained the food additive production license and passed the ISO9001/22000 management system certification.
